If you are unsure of your foot size have a look at our conversion chart for size matching. We also have on nearly all our styles of shoes a chart with the exact innersole measurement from heel to toe so you can get a great fit.
Do you Stock Larger and smaller women’s shoes?
THE ANSWER IS YES !
We Stock large size shoes from sizes 5 up to 16.
At Fancy Shoe Land we understand that women are tall in Australia, the taller we get the larger our feet are getting so Fancy Fashionable Footwear for larger sizes is a must. If you have a wider than normal foot, we would strongly ask you to go for half or one size up. Best to measure your feet and choose the larger sized foot to match the size chart.

What is the difference between Patent and PU?
Patent, either Patent Leather or Patent PU, the latter being a man made material is very shiny, mirror like appearance. PU is short for Polyurethane, it is a semi-shiny. It is less expensive than Leather. They both are stretchable material which allows it to fit to the contours of our feet or legs. Leather is usually a more supple and comfortable feel.
How can you care for your shoes better?
- Fancy Shoe Land recommends that all shoes are treated with appropriate leather protector before shoes are worn. This will pro long the life of your shoes and keep them looking new.
- If the Leather or sued is wet allow the suede to dry naturally; do not use a heat source to speed up the process. Once dry, restore the nap with a suede brush.
- For satin or textiles it is important to waterproof the shoe with a protective spray. The fabric once treated will repel water or fluid. Do not dry them in direct sunlight as fabric could fade.
- If you find your new shoes a little slippery shoe grips can be adhered to out soles as a non-slip feature to help prevent you from slipping and shoe soles wearing down.
Heel tips on heeled shoes should be replaced according to wear, to avoid slipping and heel damage. We have a fantastic product called Starlettos that also could help you protect your Fancy heels.
Here is Jen showing you her starlettos and how she uses them.
- Shoe bags are a good way of protecting shoes when they are not being worn.
- Shoes ideally should be alternated in wear, to give the shoes a break allowing the leather / suede and inner cushioning time to recover. This theoretically extends the life of your purchase.
