Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, your unworn items may be returned /exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.

Jen has done a quick video a while ago just to help you get your shoes you want exchanged or a full refund.

 

We guarantee against manufacturer's defects within 30 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify.

 Except where required by law, all returned products must be:

  • Unworn, Unused and in original condition
  • Undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials
  • Refund will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of the date. Exchange will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of the date.
  • Receipt original or Copy, Return/Exchange form which you will need to email us to receive.
  • We can not except returns on Vouchers.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refund is only credited back into your credit card or Pay Pal account which was used as the method of payment, after goods have been returned to us and are assessed to be unworn and in original condition. All returns are at customers cost. It will take up to 10 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. If you return goods via an Australia Post Office, please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item.

Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your email.

If you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) only once we receive the return.

If you exchange a color or size, please place a new order of the item you would like as an exchange. It will be processed as a new order so that you don’t miss out on the stock. Then you can simply return the shoe for a refund if you were not happy with the purchase. To complete an exchange, please enclose your receipt and the return/exchange form (which you will need to email us to receive) and merchandise with 21 days of receipt of the date.

Postage within Australia.

Where there is an issue with delivery or the condition of goods delivered, Fancy Shoe Land must be notified of any such issues as soon as the customer becomes aware. Items are always delivered within 5-14 business days to even the most remote locations within Australia. We therefore will not be made liable for non-delivery or damaged items if we are notified outside the 30 day from the period of the confirmation and dispatch.

Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge inquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

You agree that when Startrack or Australia post is satisfied that the order has been delivered, delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and us.  Startrack and Australia post will obtain a signature on receipt; we recommend that you enter a delivery address where someone will be during the hours of 9am and 5 pm on the delivery day - a work address is preferred to ensure you receive your parcel efficiently or other suitable daytime address where someone is available to accept your order. If no-one is available to receive your order, a card will be left indicating your parcel is available for collection at the marked office location.

Items may be delivered to business addresses by 5pm. If the incorrect delivery address is supplied, they will be returned to the supplier and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. In these instances a postage and handling fee for re-delivery will apply.

If you select the "Authority to leave" option by notifying us on the payment information, you agree that when Startrack or Australia Post is satisfied that the order has been delivered, delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and us. In these instances we will not be held liable for any loss or damages resulting from the delivery.

All our parcels are sent to you by Startrack or Australia Post within Australia and Australia post for all international shipping . We do not offer pickup facilities or customer organized courier.  We only send with this delivery company.  We will provide you with an estimated date (approximately 5-7 working days within Australia) for delivery of all parcels after order. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. (Currently our average delivery turnaround time is 3-5 working days)

Delivery within Australia - FREE DELIVERY on any orders within Australia, standard shipping service.

Express post service for Australian customers only, $15.00 per item. For items over 3 max amount of $15.00 can be added to the total of the order.

International Non Australian Deliveries.

Please allow for up to 4 weeks period for Shipping to different locations outside Australia, this will vary from time to time.  We use standard cost for shipping from Australia Post.  We deliver via Air Mail at a flat rate for a maximum of 2 item. Click here for all our rates of shipping. If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply. All prices are in Australian dollars. Please note: orders shipped to international regions may be charged taxes and duties by your own country and are your responsibility.

Payments

All prices are shown in Australian dollars inclusive of GST. 

We except Master Card, Visa or Pay Pal.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an automatic online order confirmation via email if your online order was accepted.
If you did not receive an email confirmation, either your email address was incorrect or there was an error in processing your order. If you were not taken to a receipt page after submitting your online order, then most likely your online order did not process correctly. Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours on fsl@fancyshoeland.com. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment have been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.

Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges.
