Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, we have free shipping domestically in Australia up to 3 pairs of shoes. Fancy that.
Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time.
With the couriers and Australian Post, we find that you can receive your items within 10 days of less sometimes.
Fancy Shoe Land understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
Delivery within Australia is FREE on orders up to 3 items.
Express post service $15.00 per item.
Standard order is 3 items
For orders over 3 items a maximum amount of $15.00 will be added to the total of the order.
Postage within Australia.
Any sales over $250.00 will be confirmed with you before we ship the items as we will need to confirm details and keep your information safe.
All our parcels are sent to you by Australia Post. We do not offer pickup facilities or customer organised courier. We only send with these delivery company. We will provide you with an estimated date (approximately 5-7 working days within Australia) for delivery of all parcels after order. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. (Currently our average delivery turnaround time is 3-10working days)
Where there is an issue with delivery or the condition of goods delivered, Fancy Shoe Land must be notified of any such issues as soon as the customer becomes aware. Items are always delivered within 5 7 business days to even the most remote locations within Australia. We therefore will not be made liable for non-delivery or damaged items if we are notified outside the 30 day from the period of the confirmation and dispatch.
Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge inquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.
Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
You agree that when the courier or Australia post is satisfied that the order has been delivered, delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and us. The courier will obtain a signature on receipt; we recommend that you enter a delivery address where someone will be during the hours of 9am and 5 pm on the delivery day - a work address is preferred to ensure you receive your parcel efficiently or other suitable daytime address where someone is available to accept your order. If no-one is available to receive your order, a card will be left indicating your parcel is available for collection at the marked post office location.
Items may be delivered to business addresses by 5pm. If the incorrect delivery address is supplied, they will be returned to the supplier and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. In these instances a postage and handling fee for re-delivery will apply.
If you select the "Authority to leave" option to do this please note at the checkout time, you agree that when Courier or Australia Post is satisfied that the order has been delivered, delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and us. In these instances we will not be held liable for any loss or damages resulting from the delivery.
